Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the above case in M.C.No.8 of 2019 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Pooneri, Tiruvallur District and transfer the same to any one of the Metropolitan Magistrate Courts, Egmore, Chennai.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent states that the main case in M.C.No.8 of 2019 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pooneri, Tiruvallur District was disposed of on 01.11.2021 and hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infractuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
