Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to survey the petitioner's lands with the help of the 4th respondent herein and mark necessary boundaries for petitioners 0.32 cents land bearing Survey No.115/9E and fence the same which is situated within the limits and jurisdiction of Pallapatti Agrahara Village, which lies on Sendamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District.

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to survey the petitioner's lands with the help of the 4th respondent herein and mark necessary boundaries for petitioners 0.32 cents land bearing Survey No.115/9E and fence the same which is situated within the limits and jurisdiction of Pallapatti Agrahara Village, which lies on Sendamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District.
2. In order to survey the land at S.No.115/9E situated at Pallapatti Agrahara Village, Sendhamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District the petitioner has made an online application along with necessary fee to the respondents especially the 2nd respondent on 20.09.2022. In order to act upon the said application submitted by the petitioner, the petitioner has approached this Court with the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.
3. Heard Mr.P.Balasubramanian learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.Akila Rajendrah learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Learned Government Advocate would submit if the petitioner has already submitted the application along with the necessary fee, the said application would be processed and accordingly the needful would be undertaken by the 2nd respondent in respect of the land belongs to the petitioner within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Pleader and having regard to the factual matrix of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order: " That there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner for survey of the land of the petitioner and do the needful on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
