ORDER
When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent has produced a letter dated 24.8.2009, by which it has been stated that the complainant in S.H.R.C. Case No.3132/2001 has filed a petition for withdrawal of the complaint dated 11.7.2001 based upon which the complaint has to be closed. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
