This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 167 days in filing the writ appeal. The petitioner has filed Better affidavit today.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has not raised any objection to allow the petition.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, we inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
