O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 27.09.2023.

2. Heard Mr.P.M.Jayachandran, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for first respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that enquiry in C.P.No.72 of 2023 was conducted on the complaint given by the petitioner. It was found to be a dispute between brothers and it was civil in nature and hence, the current paper was closed on 10.10.2023.

4. In the light of the above development, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the competent civil Court. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in the above terms. 2/4
