This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.6(ii) imposed in the Crl.M.P.No.1658 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.130 of 2023 dated 20.02.2023, passed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition in para 6(ii) imposed by this Court Crl.M.P.No.1658 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.130 of 2023 dated 20.02.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in three months,i.e., on the first working day of the first month at 10.30 a.m., commencing from December 2023, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
