Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent nos.1 and 2 to forthwith implement and execute the order dated 08.11.2021 passed in the petitioner's petition bearing reference number 229/2018/M4 dated 04.01.2019 filed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.v.V.Sivakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner seeks implementation of the order passed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

3. Learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner has sought for amendment in the order. Amendment in the order has been made in April, 2023. Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, further submits that within a week's time, the order would be executed in accordance with law.

4. In view of that, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
