This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the charge memo dated 20.08.2024 issued by the respondent.

The respondent has filed proceedings dated 23.12.2024 in Rc.No.27266/2024/DA2 stating as follows:- "In compliance with the observations made by the Hon'ble Madras High Court order dated 16.12.2024 in the Cont.P.No.3583 of 2024, the charges framed under rule 17(b) of Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules vide the charge memo in the reference first cited against Thiru.S.Ramakrishnan, Additional Registrar of Cooperative Societies stands withdrawn."

In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.
