O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for wilfully disobeying the orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.4741 of 2024 dated 21.03.2024.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the affidavit of the respondent was filed and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder: 1/4

10.It is submitted that based on the above order, I have conducted further investigation of the case. During the course of investigation, 3 witnesses (1)T.Arumugam, Tahsildar of Pallavaram (2)Mathiazhagan, S/o.Chinnasamy and (3) Mahalingam were additional examined and statements were recorded from them and all of them stated that the alleged offence is took place. Subsequently, based on the material evidence and the statements of the witnesses after completion of comprehensive and detailed investigation, on 21.02.2025, I have filed a final report before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram vide E-Filing No:LTN20230002673C202500141.

3.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram to act upon the police report filed in Crime No.542 of 2021, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
