This petition is filed to condone the delay of 74 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruppur, in S.C.No.94 of 2016 dated 28.02.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, we are inclined to condone the above said delay.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
