(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Ms.M.Santhanamari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate, appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the prayer made in the writ petition does not survive now and seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.

3. Leave is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.33684 of 2023 is closed.
