ORDER

This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.143 of 2022, which is pending before the respondent Police to any other investigating agency. 1/4

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the allegations that have been made in this petition, this Court deems it proper to direct the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Arakkonam to investigate the case in Cr.No.143 of 2022.

4. Accordingly, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Arakkonam is directed to investigate the case in Cr.No.143 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police. The respondent shall transfer the entire case file to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Arakkonam and the officer concerned shall proceed further with the investigation, complete the same and file the final report before the concerned jurisdictional court within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The above criminal original petition is disposed of in the above terms.
