O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.106 of 2023 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge at Salem.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 19.11.2024, I called for a report from the learned Trial Judge to state as to how long he requires to dispose of the said suit.

3. The learned I Additional District Judge at Salem has submitted a report stating that the issues were framed on 28.06.2024 and the case has been posted for trial on 26.02.2025. The report further states that 1107 civil cases and 138 criminal cases are pending for disposal and therefore, he requests one year time to dispose of O.S.No.106 of 2023. 4.Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned I Additional District Judge at Salem to dispose of O.S.No.106 of 2023 within a period of nine months 2/4

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
