(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This review application has been filed to review the order passed by the Division Bench dated 22.07.2024 made in C.M.P.No.14815 of 2024 in W.A.SR.No.114228 of 2021.

2. Heard Mr.A.Ansar, learned counsel appearing for the review applicant.

3. The order that is sought to be reviewed is passed where the petition to condone the delay of 1146 days in filing the writ appeal having been considered was rejected.

4. The reasons adduced on behalf of the petitioner before the Division Bench to condone such inordinate and huge delay of 1146 days have been considered and a detailed order has been passed as to why the Division Bench was not inclined to accept the said condone delay petition. When that being so, no error apparently on the face of the record is found and nothing could be pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant as if that it is an error that has been crept in the records of the order which is sought to be reviewed herein.

5. Since it is under review jurisdiction, the Court will not review its order unless the apparent error on the face of the record is pointed out.

6. Here in the absence of any such error, the review application cannot be entertained. In that view of the matter, we are inclined to dismiss the review application, result of which, the present Review Application is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. (R.S.K., J.)
