This contempt petition has been filed for the disobedience for non compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3018 of 2019 dated 05.02.2019.

2. This Court has directed the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.150 of 2017 and file a final report within a period of three months. As directed by this Court, the respondent has completed the investigation and filed a final report before the Judicial

Magistrate - I, Cuddalore. On receipt of the same, the learned Magistrate has taken on file and numbered as R.C.S.No.55 of 2017 dated 19.12.2014.

3. Recording the said submission, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
