This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2443 days in filing petition to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the 1st respondent in the above First Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking to condone the delay of 2443 days, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.
