This Petition has been filed to bring the respondents 4 to 7 who are the legal representatives of deceased first respondents and rank them as respondents 4 to 7.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on both side, the petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed bring the respondents 4 to 7 who are the legal representatives of deceased first respondents and rank them as respondents 4 to 7 in the above First Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the case on 27.07.2023.
