ORDER

Cont.P.No.2111 of 2019 was evicted.

2. It is an admitted fact that the shop which is the subject matter of the contempt petition is no longer in existence.

3. In such view of the matter, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law as we find no willful disobedience of the order which can be attributed against the respondent/contemnor. This contempt petition stands closed accordingly with the above observation. The further presence of the contemnor is dispensed with.
