O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to alter the offence under Sections 427 @ 23, 34, 448, 427, 457, 120(b), 506(ii) of IPC and insert one named accused Mr.Premkumar S/o.George in Crime No.419 of 2019 dated 04.10.2019 filed by the respondent.

2.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR was registered in Crime No.419 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 427 @ 23, 34, 448, 427, 457, 120(b), 506(ii) of IPC. Now, the petitioner seeks to alter the FIR and insert one named accused, Mr.Premkumar S/o.George, dated 04.10.2019 filed by the respondent.

3.On investigation, if the respondent police finds any material to drag the offence under Sections 23, 34, 448, 427, 457, 120(b), 506(ii) of IPC and insert the name Premkumar as sought by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to alter the FIR and insert the above said name accordingly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
