[Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The present writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to transfer the petitioner brother's son from Central Prison-II, Puzhal, Chennai to Central Prison, Cuddalore.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the transfer application submitted by the prisoner to transfer from Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai to Central Prison, Cuddalore is under consideration.

3. In light of this, the respondents are directed to dispose of the application on its merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as

possible.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
