The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not able to deposit the amount imposed by this Court vide order dated 25.04.2022 within the prescribed time. Now, he filed the petition to permit the petitioner to deposit the conditional amount.

2. Already sufficient time is granted to the petitioner to deposit 50% of the cheque amount. Subsequently on the request of the petitioner, time was extended by this Court vide order dated 22.06.2022 and posted for hearing on 15.07.2022.

Thereafter, the case was not listed. Today, when the matter is listed, the petitioner needs another 15 days time to deposit the amount.

3. Considering his request, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition seeking to permit the petitioner to deposit the conditional amount is allowed and the petitioner shall deposit the amount on or before 30.01.2023.

4. Post the matter on 30.01.2023 for reporting compliance.
