O R D E R
The Writ Petition is filed for the following reliefs:- " to direct the 1st respondent to carry out the necessary correction in all the revenue documents including survey sketch/FMB sketch as 16.4 meters and 4.2 meters instead of 18.4 meters and 3.4 meters in southern portion of the survey No 65/17 of Ponparapipatti Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District in pursuance of petitioners representation dated 12.08.2024 "
2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the measurements given in the FMB Sketch is contrary to the patta and other revenue records. Therefore, the petitioner has submitted a representation on 12.08.2024 for correcting the same which has not been considered till date. Therefore, the 2/5
petitioner is before this Court.
3. Heard the counsels on either side and perused the records.
4. A perusal of the records would show that the petitioner had earlier filed W.P.No.3585 of 2024. The said writ petition was disposed of on 16.02.2024 directing the respondents to carry out the correction in S.No.65/17 and FMB sketch in respect of the subject property. However, the said exercise has not been done by the respondents to date.

Considering the fact that the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.No.3585 of 2024 dated 16.02.2024 has not been complied with and also considering the fact that that the representation made by the petitioner on 12.08.2024 has not been considered to date, a mandamus is issued to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2024 and pass orders on the request for correction in all the revenue records including Survey sketch/ FMB Sketch within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. A perusal of the records would show that the petitioner in his representation dated 12.08.2024 has also sought for recovery of possession which relief cannot be granted.

7. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is partly allowed. No costs.
