This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.86 of 2019 on the file of the respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the final report has been filed before the PJ Court of NDPS cases, Chennai and the same has also been taken on file in C.C.No.195 of 2022. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous.
