This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking police protection alleging that the 3rd respondent attempted to stab him on 23.10.2023 and inspite of complaint, police has not taken action against the 3rd respondent. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the complaint dated 23.10.2023 before the Inspector of Police and on 02.11.2023 before the Deputy Superintendent of Police was enquired and closed. However, still there is threat from the hands of the 3rd respondent. 3.

The petitioner is not in a position to provide material which forced him to apprehend danger at the hands of the 3rd respondent. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as devoid of facts. 09.11.2023 Index : Yes/No rpl To 2/4
