XXII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter is take up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit 20% of the compensation amount before the Court below.

3. In view of the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to deposit 20% of the compensation amount before the Court below on or before 20.11.2024.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
