The respondent wife in H.M.O.P.No.104 of 2023 on the file of Sub Court, Thiruvarur, has preferred this transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.104 of 2023 from the file of Sub Court, Thiruvarur and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Sirkazhi. 2.The transfer is sought for on the ground that the petitioner is 1/4

residing at Sirkazhi and she is also taking care of her four year old daughter. The petitioner would submit that she is finding it extremely difficult to travel to Tiruvarur to attend the hearing and the respondent/husband has not provided her with maintenance. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

4.Considering the above, request of the petitioner is conceded to and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Therefore, H.M.O.P.No.104 of 2023 pending on the file of Sub Court, Thiruvarur, is withdrawn and transfer to the file of the Sub Court, Sirkazhi. No costs.
