Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records in D.O.No.82/2019-C2 dated 29.10.2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioners husband Jayakumar, Aged 25 years, S/o.Venkateshan, who is now confined in Central Prison, Vellore before this Court and set him at liberty.

When the matter is called today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner would submit that the Advisory Board itself has revoked the order of detention and seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle. 2.In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, this Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
