This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 885 days in representing the Second Appeal in SR.No.18465 of 2018.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees Thousand and Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", within a week from today".

3. Post the matter on 13.07.2023 for reporting compliance.
