I do not find any infirmity in the conditional order passed by the Trial Court directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-, taking into consideration the overt act attributed to the petitioner in creating duplicate employee I.D. cards and taken three persons to Malaysia.
