ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to file the final report in Crime No.17 of 2020. 2.The petitioner had already filed an earlier application in Crl.O.P.No.18091 of 2022 and this petition was disposed of by an order dated 04.08.2022, directing the respondent police to file the final report within a period of two months. The grievance of the petitioner is that this direction was not complied with. Hence the present petition was filed. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the draft final report. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and that the final report will be filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

4.Considering the earlier order passed by this Court and the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to file the final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court within a period of four weeks.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
