ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his appeal dated 25.09.2024, which is now pending on the file of the 3rd respondent.

2. The petitioner had filed the aforesaid appeal before the 3rd respondent aggrieved by the order passed by the 4th respondent (Tahsildar). Since the said appeal has not been disposed of by the 3rd respondent till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal, dated 25.09.2024 preferred by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Page No.2 of 4

4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's appeal, dated 25.09.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the objections of the 5th respondent and any other party, whom the 3rd respondent deems fit to enquire and by adhering to the principles of natural justice. No costs.
