ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that under the pretext of enquiry, the respondents police are unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

police would submit that on the complaint given by one Subbu against the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.362 of 2022 and the same was closed on 09.09.2022.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents.

5. Since the complaint given against the petitioner was closed, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
