Heard Ms. M.Sreela, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr. R.Imayavaramban, Learned Counsel for the First Respondent, Mr. M.Loganathan, Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent and Mr. G.Baskaran, Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Second Respondent to permit the Petitioner to participate in the counseling for appointment to the post of Assistant Surgeon in Tamil Nadu Medical Services to be held on 15.09.2017 without insisting him to produce the original degree certificate. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that by efflux of time, the relief sought in this Writ Petition does not remain for consideration, and she has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
