Prayer in CRP.No.4445 of 2023 : Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to issue direction to the learned Principal District Court, Salem to dispose of Tr.O.P.No.151 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

: Mr.N.Manoharan For Respondents in both CRPs. : No appearance COMMON ORDER The petitioner has filed these petitions to direct the learned Principal District Court, Salem to dispose of Tr.O.P.Nos.148 of 2022 and 151 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Transfer original petitions were preferred by the 1st respondent herein, who appeared and submitted his objection long back but the Presiding officer of the District Court is not dispose of the petitions and continuously giving adjournment.

3. On a perusal of the records, it reveals that, the respondent appeared and submitted their objections and the case is adjourned for enquiry, because of the pendency of the Transfer Original petitions, the parties are not able to proceed with the original suit, which was filed in the year 2018 and the suit is pending before the trial Court for more than 5 years. Therefore the learned Principal District Judge, Salam is directed to dispose of the Tr.O.P.Nos.148 of 2022 and 151 of 2022 on merits, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, these Civil Revision petitions are allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
