A memo had been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner indicating that they are unable to contact the petitioner for the past two months and his mobile is also switched off and therefore, reporting no instructions, which is recorded.

The learned Official Assignee would submit that the petitioner had not contacted him. Hence I do not find any reason to further adjudicate the petition and accordingly, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
