These applications have been filed by the applicants seeking to extend the time for executing the Personal Bond by each of the applicants/Plaintiffs as directed on 12.04.2018 in TOS.No.21 of 2001 by a period of five weeks.

On being satisfied with the averments made in the petition filed in support of the applications, time is extended by a period of five weeks for executing the personal bond by each of the applicants/plaintiffs on payment of costs of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Madras High Court Advocates'
