ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 18.01.2017 made in I.A.No.51 of 2017 in O.S.No.18 of 2017 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Salem. 1/4

2. The respondent is the plaintiff and the petitioner is the third defendant. The respondent has filed a suit for partition and permanent injunction restraining the petitioner herein to stop construction in the suit property. The Court below finally granted an interim injunction, which was not executed.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that pending suit, the petitioner herein has completed the construction and the interim order of injunction is not in force.

4. Considering the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
