petitioner's land as per the new FMB sketch in Kakanur village survey No.92/2A2 in patta No.1393 given by the fourth respondent, based on survey application No.2024/0123/31/005225.

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the fourth respondent to survey his land situated in survey No.92/2A2 in patta No.1393, by considering his on-line application dated 16.09.2024 in application No.2024/0123/31/005225.

2. By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents 1 to 4, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the above mentioned property was purchased by the petitioner under sale deed registered as document bearing No.23237/2023. Later patta was also issued in the name of the petitioner in 2/5

patta No.1393. Based on the sale deed document, the petitioner submitted an on-line application dated 16.09.2024 seeking survey of the land and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the on-line application of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits and appropriate orders will be passed.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the on-line application of the petitioner dated 16.09.2024 and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent and any other interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
