PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to direct the respondents to grant parole to the petitioners husband Somu @ Somasundaram convict Prisoner No.571, now confined in Central Prison- I, Puzhal, Chennai so as to assist the petitioner to undergo cardiac treatment on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2017 for a period of 10 days.

ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to grant parole to the petitioner's husband Somu @ Somasundaram convict Prisoner No.571, now confined in Central Prison- I, Puzhal, Chennai so as to assist the petitioner to undergo cardiac treatment on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2017 for a period of 10 days.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission, permission is granted to withdraw this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
