This petition has been filed for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to reserve one post of the Lower Divisional Clerk vide Notification dated 28.11.2022 until pending disposal of the appeal filed before the 2nd respondent dated 17.10.2023.

When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and has made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
