This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending investigation in crime No. 82 of 2024 on the file of the Inspector of Police, PEW Tambaram, Tambaram City.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police seized 25 kgs of Ganja from the accused. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated in this case and A2 has already been released on bail. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the petitioner is having 8 previous cases including four NDPS cases. Hence, he raised objection to grant bail.
