This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.7(a) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22957 of 2024 on 27.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Melmaruvathur Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22957 of 2024 dated 27.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Melmaruvathur Police Station, on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
