This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.23243 of 2024 by an order dated 23.09.2024 that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police, daily at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that SC No.164 of 2024 has been assigned before the trial Court and the next hearing date has also been fixed on 18.11.2024 before the trial Court.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.23243 of 2024 on 23.09.2024 in 7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on 18.11.2024 and thereafter, on the hearing dates fixed by the Court, concerned.
