The petitioner has filed this criminal miscellaneous petition to modify the condition imposed in para No.6(b) of the order passed by this Court dated 03.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23466 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23466 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Theni Police Station at Theni daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
