Crl.M.P.No.19442 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.885 of 2019 P.N.PRAKASH, J and N.ANAND VENKATESH , J [Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] The earlier petition seeking suspension of sentence and bail, which was filed in Crl.M.P.No.2506 of 2021 was dismissed on merits, by order dated 02.03.2021. Thereafter, yet another petition was filed in Crl.M.P.No.7305 of 2022 and this Court, taking into consideration the fact that there was no change in circumstances, dismissed the said petition by order dated 08.07.2022. This is the third bail petition filed seeking suspension of sentence.

2. We do not find any ground to entertain this petition and it is brought to our notice that the typed set of papers is made ready. Hence, it will be appropriate to hear the main criminal appeal itself.
