ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) When we observed that a representation dated 15.10.2024 is dispatched on 15.10.2024 and allegedly delivered on 17.10.2024, whereas petition is filed on 22.10.2024, 19 th and 20th October being Saturday and Sunday, counsel for petitioner sought leave to withdraw the petition.
2. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Purely by way of indulgence, we are not imposing costs on petitioner. Consequently, interim applications are closed.
