ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 3 to 6 from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property in S.Nos.105/1A1, 105/1A2, 105/1A3, 105/1B1, 105/12, 105/1B3, 105/1B4, 105/3A, 105/3B extent 87 cents belongs to petitioner share situated at Mullipakkam Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpet District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2023 by the 1st respondent.

2. Mrs.V.Yamunadevi, learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that it is a case of civil dispute between the rival parties and therefore, this writ petition itself is not maintainable.

3. Since no adverse order is to be passed by this Court, notice to the respondents 3 to 6 is dispensed with.

4. In view of the fact that it is a case of civil dispute and the Writ Court cannot grant the relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. The petitioner is directed to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
