2.The notice has been served on both the parties.
3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 108 days is condoned subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 108 days, in these appeals.
4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
5. Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
