The petitioner has filed this criminal miscellaneous petition to amend the name of 3rd petitioner as 'Koushik @ Kausigan' instead of Koushik, the name of 4th petitioner as 'Rakesh @ Rakeshsharma' instead of Rakesh and for the alleged offences punishable under Sections '191(2), 296(B), 115(2), 351(2) of BNS Act read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act' instead of 147, 296(B), 115(2), 351(2) of BNS Act read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act in the order dated 30.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17986 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, (i)Amendments ordered as prayed for; and (ii)Two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17986 of 2024 dated 30.07.2024 from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the order granting anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed and no further extension of time will be granted to the

petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
