Crl.M.P.No.15395 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11296 of 2024 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8572 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11296 of 2024 dated 18.06.2024, by this Court to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. He would further submit that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate- I, Chidambaram, and Calender Case number has also been assigned.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8572 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11296 of 2024 dated 1/3

18.06.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Chidambaram, on the first working day of December 2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
